Meet the shift production schedule w ith optimum resources (man and materials) Track team resourcing: man hours, absenteeism etc. Track raw material and consumables usage, and recommend measures to reduce costs Track cycle times Coach team members in how to perform their role Full SCM Costs Labor Costs Direct Mat Costs Drive shift delivery Spend at least 80% of each day coordinating the team Perform tasks consistently to the Work Instructions, monitor adherence, and ensure that corrective actions are taking place
Monitor 5S daily (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain),and ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours, etc.)
Ensure data visual management and timely updates in shop floor display boards
Facilitate Team Leaders meeting Attend daily production meetings and, confirm key actions, cycle time status, and quality performance
Act as a source of technical know ledge for the team: support and help to resolve issues, as they occur
React in case of a problem: Flag up critical job delays that w ill cause deviation to the standard process and/or cycle time
Drive to meet requirements of standard cycle time and man hours to drive the team effort in production of blades
Ensure all HSE and QMS documents are maintained Coordinate and liaise with other value
