upervises several teams of production workers (At least 60 workers)

Meet the shift production schedule w ith optimum resources (man and materials)  Track team resourcing: man hours, absenteeism etc.  Track raw material and consumables usage, and recommend measures to reduce costs  Track cycle times  Coach team members in how to perform their role Full SCM Costs Labor Costs Direct Mat Costs Drive shift delivery  Spend at least 80% of each day coordinating the team  Perform tasks consistently to the Work Instructions, monitor adherence, and ensure that corrective actions are taking place

Monitor 5S daily (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain),and ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours, etc.)

Ensure data visual management and timely updates in shop floor display boards

Facilitate Team Leaders meeting  Attend daily production meetings and, confirm key actions, cycle time status, and quality performance

Act as a source of technical know ledge for the team: support and help to resolve issues, as they occur

React in case of a problem: Flag up critical job delays that w ill cause deviation to the standard process and/or cycle time

Drive to meet requirements of standard cycle time and man hours to drive the team effort in production of blades

Ensure all HSE and QMS documents are maintained  Coordinate and liaise with other value
