Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Work with Suppliers and JPMC Assignment Sponsors to ensure data around contingent worker identity records is accurately established by evaluating Identity Request Forms, processing such requests only once all necessary data is provided to ensure partial submissions are not made in an attempt to circumvent controls.
- Regularly support and foster open, consistent communication between the Suppliers and JPMC Assignment Sponsors around the engagement of the contingent workers.
- Communicate with Suppliers and JPMC Assignment Sponsors during all stages of the onboarding lifecycle, through completion when the contingent worker may commence the engagement.
- Provide guidance to Suppliers on appropriate handling of onboarding requests with an eye toward minimizing risk in relation to the secure transmission of contingent worker personal identifying information.
- Provide guidance to JPMC Assignment Sponsors on appropriate handling of access requests with an eye toward minimizing risk to JPMC physical and electronic environments.
- Coordinate with Global Security & Investigations to secure pre-engagement screening clearances and connect with other internal partners to ensure any HR or LOB confirmations are secured, as applicable.
- Determine which referrals require additional follow up and collaborate with Anti-Corruption counterparts to obtain the information and complete the review.
- Assist in setting up a Supplier in the onboarding database, ensuring the entity has an executed master service agreement to perform business with the firm.
- Coordinate with Suppliers and JPMC Assignment Sponsors to maintain contingent worker contract information for applicable engagements.
- Ensure that appropriate audit trail for business and regulatory requirements are created and maintained, with determinations being made based on assessment of risk associated with nature of contingent worker engagements; determine when alternate processes to usual onboarding procedure should be employed or exceptions to the access guidelines should be made and devise such processes as appropriate.
- Provide telephone coverage for the group’s main number.
- Act as key participant to drive the development of procedures.
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to remain in compliance with applicable JPMC Firmwide Policies.
