Job Description

Sr. Technical Associate

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years’ experience in ATM/Card Industry.
  • Having Accounting Degree or Accounting background qualification.
  • Must have knowledge of Reconciliation, settlement and Dispute/Chargeback management.
  • Sound knowledge in Excel/Word.
  • Complete knowledge of Chargeback process for Visa/MasterCard/Rupay transactions.
  • Knowledge of process flow for IMPS/AEPS/UPI and reconciliation methodlogy.
  • Basic understanding of ATM/BNA/Recycler cash tally.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedure and entries.
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clarity of thoughts.
  • Should have Team handing skills.
  • Able to work independently and good co-ordination within a team.
  • Should be able to lead and discuss day to day operational activities with client.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint presentation.
  • Knowledge of NEFT/RTGS/NACH/ABPS payment cycle and Reconciliation.
