• Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Voice Gateways,
SRST, and Call Signaling Protocols on Voice Gateways
H.323, MGCP, SCCP.
• Configuration of Extension Mobility.
• Configuration of IP Phone Registration Issues.
• Class of Service Using Partitions and CSS.
• Collecting Reports from RTMT, CDR, CMR and DNA
