Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience in leather product finishing especially leather bags and accessories. People also having in leather tannery finishing will have advantage.

Candidate should be responsible for new finishes developments with using new products and new technology. Should have deep knowledge about leather characteristics and leather chemical applications. Should be able to design, prepare and execute finishing on hides as well as on finished products.

• Daily consumption report with costing.
• advance buying requirements preparation against each order with maintaining stocks.
• Good control and knowledge on leather development and finishing process to cut short the time and leather chemical keeping same outlook.
• Managing production process and 100% implementation of correct process.
• Recipe creation of each samples with consumption report and production lot with supervision of 100% adherence.
• Daily advance budgeting of chemical with real time tracking of consumption, daily stock in and out reports matching with advance chemical budgeting.
• New product development depends on client requirements and preparation of colors and compounds for production.

Desired Candidate Profile

B tech, M tech in leather technology OR Diploma holder with exceptional skills in leather finishing. Candidate should have experience in leather finishing and also in goods finishing such as Bags , belts , shoes ,leather garments and accessories.

People worked in Tannery in finishing unit also with experience in goods finishing units in reupdated export houses are ideal candidate. Candidate lacking experience in production house should have a strong desirer to learn new domain of work.
