About SAI Technologies:SAI Technologies, an established consulting, Staff Augmentation, and Product Development Firm based in Memphis, TN and offshore office in Tarnaka, Hyderabad.

We are a fast growing company having 150+ own candidates along with verious top clients across USA
We are in need of potential recruiters who can walk on water and grow along with the company.
We do not market any third party resume. We do have good number own candidates and all the time we are having 20+ candidates in HOTLIST.
We pay salay on time on or before 5th of every months along with PF and Family Health Insurance

Job Description Bench Sales

Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) with Tier1 Vendors /Direct Clients and should have good knowledge in recruitment cycle.
Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from existing bench team.
Generating new Leads. Maintaining the contacts database. Segregating the leads and adding new contacts to database.
Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiate best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
Tracking submissions and maintaining the submissions database.
Extensive experience in all phases of marketing including utilizing multiple channels such as data mining, networking, research, sourcing and gathering the requirements.
Supervisory experience in End to End bench marketing process is preferred.
Should possess awareness and excellent presentation, verbal communication and organizational skills
