• Exp: 3-6 yrs. (Exp must be in IT & Non IT Recruitment )
• Work Location:  Whitefield, Bangalore 
• Notice Period: 0-30 days/ Immediate Joining

Job Responsibilities:-

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience .
• Good understanding of VMS/MSP models .
•  3 + yrs of Proven experience as talent acquisition for IT (Information & Technology) sector
• Should have worked on the hiring of IT skills.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for junior to Senior levels,, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job Portals.
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
•  Excellent communicator
• Requirement gathering - Sourcing - Short listing profiles - calling and screening - scheduling and coordinating interviews with interview panel - salary negotiating - follow up till the candidate joins the organization.
