1.  Experience of 2wheeler layout & packaging.

2.     Sound knowledge of frame design and fabricated structures.

3.     Knowledge of CAD modelling, PLM tools and types of FE analysis for components design.

4.     ANSYS/ HYPERMESH etc. NVH knowledge will be added advantage.

5.     Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination, Benchmarking,  Dealing with vendors & part development agencies.

6.     Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used for Plastic & Metal part design.

7.     Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc.

Competency Requirements:

Technical / Functional:

·         Proficient in design of sheet metal formed parts, tubular structures etc.

·         Virtual simulation knowledge for parts design and takeaways from it.

·         Hands on experience on UG-NX, Team center.

·         Good understanding of 2 wheeler subsystems & their functionalities.

·         Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, ergonomics and homologation requirements.

·         Good communication skills
