Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all HR & Admin related jobs during site visits.
2. Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance, General Administration
3. Providing prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management employee and Industrial relations.
4. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like EPF (Act- 1952),ESI (1948),Accidental & Insurance policies, medical cover, pension schemes, wages and bonus (1965 Act),Contact labour Regulation & abolition Act- 1970, Minimum Wages Act- 1948, Factories Act- 1948, Motor Transport workers, etc. for the employees.
5. Liaisoning with labour dept., State & Central Govt., Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Police District Administration, RTO and ensuring smooth working conditions in the premises.
6. Forwarding of MIS to Head Office from time to time.
