1. Resume sourcing and interview coordination, salary negotiation, conducting Pre-joining and on-boarding activities
2. Documentation of Training activities & audit (ISO, TS)
3. Employee engagement activities: Initiating, planning and executing.
4. Handling employee grievances
5. Processing of documentation requirements (as per employee needs)
