• Invoice/ 57F4 Challan Preparation.

• Incoming SRV Booking

• Maintaining the Dispatch record Shipment wise.

• Stock maintaining of all consumables/ Packing items.

• Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure,

• To be familiar with all company safety policies and programs and follow them.

• To actively participate in the company safety programs to achieve the yearly safety goals.

• To communicate and ensure that all employees in their team understand the policies and programs and follow them.

• Identification and closure of safety issues and their corrective actions.

• Training employees on safety topics and risk assessments (JSA).

• communicating and enforcing safe work procedures, identification and closure of safety issues, and their corrective actions.

• Inventory reconciliation with books stock.

• Maintaining Inventory variance “ZERO”

• Material Receipt & Issue as per FIFO.

• Maintain FIFO of at all levels of inventory

• Ensure the integrity of the stores area

• Ensure the stores area is kept clean and tidy and free from hazards.

• Export/Import/Excise documentation.

• Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes

• Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations

• Search for possibilities to reduce taxes

• Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities

• Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements

• Administer all import and export of goods and supervise delivery of all goods and manage distribution of all goods to various geographical locations efficiently.

• Oversee handling of all goods and ensure safety in all transportation and design cost effective methods for same and analyze best means of transport for all products as per customer requirement in coordination with manager

• This position also requires consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs. Import-export specialists also counsel their clients how to reduce duties and taxes owed.

• Design all compliance forms and templates and prepare required reports and maintain an efficient import and export classification databases and ensure accuracy in same and ensure compliance to all regulations.

• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports

• Paper filling with Customs & handling CHA.

• Follow & Practice safety as per existing rules and regulation.
