Position Description
Reports to: Assistant Controller
Team Size: Individual contributor
Candidate should be able to work independently in a dynamic and open team environment. The role will provide a broad and changing scope of corporate support activities in a follow the sun model.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process standardization creating a center of excellence for key corporate responsibilities
- Forecast preparation
- Prepare monthly fluctuation analysis
- Leveraging technology to improve efficiencies and drive improvements
- Ad-hoc analysis and projects; at times in a compressed time environment
- India coverage as an extension of corporate in follow the sun structure
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse global teams
- Agility to adapt in a constantly changing role
- Processing master data changes and improving master data processes

- General understanding of financial statements and US GAAP
- General understanding of SOX / 404 compliance

- Solid working knowledge on major ERP and consolidation systems, such as Oracle, SAP, BPC, Anaplan, Tableau or related applications in a manufacturing and services environmentpreferred
- Solid written and oral communications skills
- Experience managing schedule/timelines
Experience
- Combination of 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Big 4 accounting firm and/or multi-national experience, preferred
- Manufacturing and/or services experience, preferred
Education
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- CPA, preferred
- CA 2+ Preferred
Travel: 5 10%
