Job Description

  • To give all the treatment on Time to Patient as advised by consultant doctor.
  • To send Investigations and to collect Report of Patient on time as advised by consultant doctor.
  • To prepare diet Sheet on time as dietary advised by consultant.
  • To do all Nursing Procedure like RT insertion, Suction. Nebulization etc. In standard Protocols.
  • To Maintain Properly all Nursing Charts Like Nursing Treatment order, I/o chart, Draine chart, Temp graph,& vitals chart etc.
  • To Follow the Standard Protocols for disposals of Bio-Medical Waste Products.
  • To take care of the Medical and Non-medical Item/ Material and linen in their wards. And To keep records of all those items.
  • To follow the order regarding Patient care as advised by doctors.
  • To follow the Hospital policies regarding OPD, IPD and Emergency Patients. To follow the SOPs of admission and discharge of Patient.
