Staff Nurse

We are seeking an attentive, professional staff nurse to join our growing healthcare team. In this position, you will be an integral part of the patient care team. You must be highly organized, work well individually and collaboratively, and demonstrate competency in providing patient care.

The goal is to promote patient’s well – being by providing high quality nursing care. One should be well trained in post surgical care.

Job Description

Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
Regular follow up with patients about their treatment both medical and surgical patients.
Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.
Checking the stock (Medicines, Consumables, Linen, material and stationary ) on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level, and placing orders if required.
Co-coordinating with doctor regarding in changing patient’s medication as indicated by their conditions and responses.
Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.
Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment like ensuring that the control of infection in the procedure room, supervision the autoclave process in compliance with the healthcare procedures.
Giving frequent inputs for improving the nursing practices and healthcare outcomes.
Keeping an eye on every aspect of patient care that includes physical activity plus proper diet.
Establish specific accountability and responsibility for equipment and materials used by the Staff in performing their day to day functions.
Preparation and Involvement in Day Care Procedure including post procedure care.
