The Staff Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and subsequent recovery. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare practitioners.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
