About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages, and social platforms)
2. Coordinate with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
3. Attend job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events
4. Manage candidates' information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System
5. Conduct pre-employment screening, like getting references and performing background checks
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring status reports
7. Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions
8. Liaise with college alumni associations
9. Ensure proper onboarding for new hires

Other requirements

1. Proven work experience as a staffing specialist, staffing coordinator, or similar role

2. Experienced candidates preferred for this pre-employment internship

3. Familiarity with resume databases

4. Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates (using phone/Skype screening, structured interviews, and tests)

5. Solid organizational skills with the ability to maintain updated physical and digital employee records

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Good knowledge of labor legislation

8. B.Sc in human resources management or relevant field
