1.Provide leadership to the facilities management team at all client locations.
2. Oversee the operation, staffing, performance, development of facilities management team.
3. Demonstrate leadership & responsiveness and creativity.
4. Understand the FM scope and in consultations with site Manager or facility manager develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction.
5. Accomplish Key Performance Indicators as agreed with individual Client.
6. Ensure Policies, Processes & procedures are adhered by all staff in the facility.
7. To ensure necessary training plan is scheduled and train the team as per schedules.
8. Primarily accountable for all process implementation, Training, ISO, Health safety, SOPs and staff motivation.
9. Responsible for all Client payment and vendor payments to meet with timeline. Ensure and follow- up for all reports .
10. Ensure compliance and procurement procedures .
11. Assist BD team to develop business, identifying new business areas and existing business continuity etc.
