Qualification : Master of Science in Agriculture or Master of Science in Horticulture or Master of Science in Fisheries or Master of Science in Forestry or Master in Veterinary Science or Master in Rural Management or Master in Business Administration in Rural Management or Master in Business Studies in Rural Managementor Master in Business Management in Rural Management or Master in Business Administration in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Studies in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Management in Agri Business Management or Post Graduation diploma in Agri Business Management (Two Years) or Post Graduation diploma in Rural Management (Two Years) or Master of Business Administration – Marketing or Master of Business Studies –Marketing or Master of Business Management – Marketing or Post Graduation in Marketing Management (Two Year) or Master of Social Entrepreneurship Development from recognized university with total 10 Years and relevant 7 years experience in experiences in handling value chain development/ market linkage for agriculture produce. Qualification :  Master in Commerce or Post-Graduation in Economics or Master in Business Management –Finance or Master of Business Studies – Finance or Master of Business  Administration – Finance or Post Graduation Diploma – Banking (2years) or Master of Social Work or Master in Rural Development or Post-Graduation in Rural Development (Two Years) or Post Graduation in Rural Management (Two Years) from recognized university with minimum 7 years experience and 4 years relevant experience in the field of insurance, social security scheme, financial inclusion in Rural Development Sector at managerial level. Knowledge of MS Office is Essential and Marathi is desirable. Experience will be calculated as on 1st March 2019.

Mission Manager - Forward Linkage/1 Post

Qualification : Master of Business Administration – Marketing or Master of Business Studies – Marketing or Master of Business Management – Marketing or Post Graduation Diploma in Agri-business Management (Two Years) Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing Management (Two Years) or Post Graduation Diploma in Rural Management (Two Years) or Post Graduation Diploma in Rural Development (Two Years) or Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing Management (Two Years) or  Master of Business Administration - Rural Management or Master of Business Management- Rural Management or Master of Business Studies- Rural Management or Master of Science in Agriculture or Master of Science in Horticulture or Master of Science in Fisheries or Master of Science in Forestry or Master in Veterinary Science or Master in Business Administration in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Studies in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Management in Agri Business Management from recognized university with Total 7 years of experience with 4 Years relevant experience in handling value chain development/ market linkage for agriculture produce. She/ he should have experience of procurement and marketing of specific agri-commodity in large scale, enterprise promotion, business advisory services, forward and backward linkages for large agriculture based businesses would be given priority, P&L handling experience for the vertical / business / product line, demonstrable experience of project management, ensuring the delivery of high quality programmes as well as managing internal learning processes across virtual teams, Should have handled procurement / marketing / supply chain for vertical of at least INR 2 crores turnover annually, Developed and managed partnerships in market side, supply side, better technologies, Proven experience of leading professional staff and builds their initiative and enables them to function as members of efficient and effective teams, experience in managing agriculture commodity supply chain in companies engaged in agribusiness, P&L handling experience in a corporate environment , Experience of starting a business / vertical within a corporate environment would be preferred. Managed a team of at least 5 members. Knowledge of MS Office is Essential and Knowledge of Marathi is desirable. Experience will be calculated as on 1st March 2019. 

 

Mission Manager - Organic Village Cluster/1 Post

Qualification : Master of Science in Agriculture or Master of Science in Horticulture or Master of Science in Fisheries or Master of Science in Forestry or Master in Veterinary Science or Master in Rural Management or Master in Business Administration in Rural Management or Master in Business Studies in Rural Managementor Master in Business Management in Rural Management or Master in Business Administration in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Studies in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Management in Agri Business Management or Post Graduation diploma in Agri Business Management (Two Years) from recognized university with total 7 Years and relevant 4 years experience in a large size livelihood development project or in reputed industry at middle management level or responsible for promotion of organic agriculture practices and allied activities based livelihoods or managing commodity business in scale or certification or sourcing or value addition or marketing, experience working in any part of the value chains of organic produce, Experience of roll-out of PGS or Third party certification with at least 500 farmers, experience in handled procurement / marketing / supply chain for organic agricultural produce, developing a business / vertical for promotion of organic farming, practices within an organization / corporate institution would be preferred, Proven experience of leading professional staff and builds their initiative and enables them to function as members of efficient and effective teams, Developed and managed partnerships in market side, supply side, for technical know-how of implementation of organic farming, Demonstrable experience of project management, ensuring the delivery of high quality programmes as well as managing internal learning processes across virtual teams, Managed a team of at least 5 members. Mission Manager - Livelihoods Training & Capacity Building/1 Post

Qualification : Master of Science in Agriculture or Master of Science in Horticulture or Master of Science in Fisheries or Master of Science in Forestry or Master in Veterinary Science or Master in Rural Management or Master in Business Administration in Rural Management or Master in Business Studies in Rural Managementor Master in Business Management in Rural Management or Master in Business Administration in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Studies in Agri Business Management or Master in Business Management in Agri Business Management or Post Graduation diploma in Agri Business Management (Two Years) or Master of Business Administration – Marketing or Master of Business Studies – Marketing or Master of Business Management – Marketing or Master of Social Work or Master in Rural Development from recognized university/Institute with 7 years of experience and 4 years relevant experience working in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs, designing and implementing large scale training programs at the State level for a large scale for a farm livelihoods based program, developing training material (flipcharts, documents, posters, video etc) on sustainable agriculture, livestock, NTFP or value chain for various types of recipients (community resource persons, community, Staff),using innovative technologies for delivery of training or building robust training architecture, Proven experience of leading professional staff and builds their initiative and enables them to function as members of efficient and effective teams, developed and managed partnerships with academic institutions, training agencies for implementation of training at various levels, Managed a team of at least 5 members. Qualification : Diploma in agriculture from recognized University or Institute with 3 year experience in livelihood development project responsible for promotion of organic production systems and allied activities based livelihoods, fresh graduates may be considered, experience of working with community and community mobilization for livelihoods interventions, experience in executing training and capacity building programs at the field level with community resource persons and community. Experience of roll-out of PGS or Third party certification would be preferred in. If candidate having Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or Bachelor of Science in Horticulture or Bachelor of Science in Fisheries or Bachelor of Science in Forestry or Bachelor in Veterinary Science or Master of Science in Agriculture or Master of Science in Horticulture or Master of Science in Fisheries or Master of Science in Forestry or Master in Veterinary Science or Post Graduation diploma in Agri-business Management (Two Years) recognized University or Institute with 1 year experience in livelihood development project responsible for promotion of organic production systems and allied activities based livelihoods, fresh graduates may be considered, experience of working with community and community mobilization for livelihoods interventions,experience in executing training and capacity building programs at the field level with community resource persons and community.
