Salary: Professional Fee @ 1,25,000 per Month, Travel 05 days per month @ 4,500/ day, DSA 05 days per month @ 2,500/ day (Applicable for Night Stay outside Raipur).
Nature of Employment: Contractual
Duration of Employment: 09 months extendable to 01 more year, .depending on the candidate's performance.
Qualifications /experience/ Competencies Required: The candidate must possess: MBBS/Any other Medical Graduate with post graduation in Pediatricians with ()2 years of teaching experience. Highly proficient in MS office and well versed with handling large data sets. Command over statistical software package issues. preferred. like SPSS/SATA/CSPro/Dev1nfo/Epi info. (Desirable) Ability to make oral and written presentations on technical Should have good writing skills. Reports writing experience Good command over English and Hindi language.
Job Responsibilities: In consultation with QI newborn and Child health project team, Consultant needs to perform following duties:
a) Contribute in State newborn AMR consortium as per need and suggested by supervisor.
b) Facilitate for Data Collection, Compilation, Analysis and review related to project area.
c) Regular ,coordination with District teams to promote the quality and timely data support.
d) Field level Supportive supervision/ hand holding to ensure timely and standard data based operations, as per project need.
e) Do daily teleround of IOSNCU. f) Help the P.I. in condition of trainings on Q.I, ETAT/HDU and newborn Care.
g) Analyze the data, identify the gaps and facilitate for implementation of suggestive inputs so as to get the optimum quality data outputs.
h) Coordination with different stakeholders for implementation of project interventions.
i) Any other task assigned by supervisor/ Technical reporting person.
