State Programme Officer, Media (01 position at State Mission Office)

Qualification:  Post Graduate Degree with a Diploma in Mass Communication from any recognized institutes/ recognized Universities and 5 years of relevant experience at District/ State level position in any Govt. Deptt., Society, University, College, Reputed Research Organization etc.  Must be fluent in Assamese, English, also preferably Hindi. Must be Computer Literate

Desirable : Experienced in Audio-Visual and print media for atleast 02 years

Pay Scale : Rs. 30,000

State Programme Officer, Early Childhood Care and Education/ (01 position at State Mission Office)

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree with 05 years of relevant  experience at District or State level Position in any  Government department, Society, University,  Colleges, reputed research Organization or 4 years of experience as Reader, SCERT or 5 years of experience as lecturer, SCERT, DIET or  10 years of experience as Instructor of BTC/Normal School, Higher Secondary level.  Must be Computer Literate.

Pay Scale : Rs. 30,000

Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission (A.S.S.A.M) was established in the year 2001 as a registered society under the Registration of Societies Act, 1860 for implementation of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) in Assam. Providing education to all children of the age group 6-14 years has been a directive principle of the Constitution of India. For achieving the goal of Universalisation of Elementary Education (UEE),the Constitutional obligation (86th Amendment Act) of providing free and compulsory education for all children in the age group of 6-14 years and the formulation of National Policy of Education 1996 (NPE),Government of India launched a number of schemes and programmes.
