 Driving sales numbers & profitability.

2. Develop and execute a data driven sales plan for the company.
3. Develop strategy, channels, program to grow sales of the company.
4. Define clear matrices to monitor performance
5. Track and monitor all teams and take corrective actions as needed
6. Maintain expenses within allocated budget.
7. Provide management with business intelligence including new product launches, pricing etc.
8. Developing new channels to sell our products.
9. Ensure empanelment in various governmental agencies
10. Participate in tenders either through our dealers or directly
11. Market development plans e.g. field demonstration, promotions
12. Devise strategy based on ground level feedback from customers (farmers)
13. Ensure empanelment in various governmental agencies
14. Participate in tenders either through our dealers or directly
15. Develop a line of KisanKraft’s exclusive stores across India
16. Developing and Launching new products
