Additionally, the trainer will be responsible for maintaining the lab equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring the safety of the students during the experiments. A STEM lab trainer should have strong knowledge and experience in STEM subjects and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
