Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling incoming calls and solving queries
2. Explaining the customers about product offers/benefits
3. Promoting the products
4. Managing customer follow-up
5. Working on feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)
6. Maintaining register for the same
7. Filing the requisition of staff for the use of telephones
8. Preparing a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD
9. Making complains to the maintenance department in case of any fault/damage/breakage and also inform to HOD
10. Checking the intercom lines and instruments and use the service of a telephone technician in case of any repairs
11. Making sure that the telephone system works smoothly without interruption
