Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Track, receive, store, and issue materials, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inventory records in ERP/SAP systems, prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and reconcile stock, as detailed by Park Controls and Scribd.
Logistics & Vendor Coordination

Handle material loading/unloading, coordinate with suppliers for replenishment, and liaise with the purchase department.
Stock Audits: Conduct physical, monthly, and annual inventory audits to verify records.
Store Maintenance: Ensure safety, cleanliness (5S), and proper storage of materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 0–4 years in retail, manufacturing, or inventory roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP/SAP systems.
Abilities: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with safety standards, inventory control procedures, and material handling, according to Thapar.
Education
