Zipi is a fast-growing quick-commerce and logistics fulfillment company. We manage dark store operations and warehouse facilities across Bengaluru, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately within tight timelines.
As a Picker / Packer, you will play a vital role in our daily warehouse and dark store operations. You will be responsible for locating inventory items from storage racks based on customer order lists, inspecting them for quality, and securely packing them for delivery.
Order Picking: Locate items accurately across warehouse aisles and shelves using digital pick lists or handheld scanners.
Packing & Labeling: Inspect items for damage or expiration, securely package orders in bags or boxes, and apply shipping/delivery labels.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock counting, rack replenishment, and keeping inventory organized on the store floor.
Quality Check: Ensure correct item count, weight, and packaging quality before handing orders over to the delivery team.
Workplace Safety: Keep work areas clean, organized, and adhere to warehouse safety protocols.
Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or above.
Experience: Open to both Freshers and candidates with prior warehouse/retail experience.
Skills:
Basic reading and numerical skills (to understand product lists and order codes).
Ability to stand and walk during shift hours and handle daily stock movement.
Basic understanding of handheld scanners or smartphone apps is a plus.
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 / month.
