Fresher 
7,000 - 10,000 Per Month We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our e-commerce business as a Store Helper. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our online store. You will work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service and support our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory shipments. Help maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
Product Preparation: Assist in preparing products for sale, including labeling, tagging, and packaging according to company standards.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards before shipping them to customers. Report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful customer service via email, chat, or phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with order-related questions.
Facility Maintenance: Help keep the warehouse or storage area clean, organized, and safe. Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including warehouse staff, customer service representatives, and management, to achieve team goals and objectives.
Process Improvement: Actively participate in identifying areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
