·         Stock issue/receipt.

·         Goods receipt note preparation.

·         Maintaining updated stock reports (monthly, weekly & daily)

·         Proper closure & reconciliation of all the physical stocks

·         Communicating the stock details as and when required to all the stakeholders concerned (Customers & operations team) to ensure smooth transactions.

·         Monitoring the Stock levels daily & communicating to the concerned stakeholders with regards to reordering of stocks as and when needed.

·         Ensuring that the quality of each bank’s incoming stationery is proper before accepting the stock.

·         Proper stock handling (maintain stock in good condition)

·         Enforcing & maintaining the pre-defined stock limits for all the customers (One-month stocks only)

·         Report regarding non-moving stationary reconciliation to be sent to the operations team on a weekly basis.

·         Ensure an adequate quantity of stationery is supplied for fulfillment with less than 1% wastage & the remaining quantity of stationery to be taken back for storage.

·         Storage area to be maintained neatly & in an orderly manner.

·         Optimum space utilization by adopting an effective material management system.

·         Appropriate issuance of materials only against the store indent.

·         Maintaining proper documentation for all incoming & outgoing materials.

·         Continuous improvement (Kaizens) of the existing process

·         Train, Guide and support the stores team to meet business needs.

·         Accessing the storekeepers’ performance on a regular basis.

·         Coordinating & maintaining a good reputation with all the stakeholders

·         To execute the job within the given time limit.

·         Confidentiality in all aspects of job.

·         Handle any additional responsibilities as and when given.

·         To follow and ensure safety norms.

·         Following & maintaining 5S, ISO, QMS, EMS standards at all times.
