Job Description

  • Record the store material receipt and consumption on a daily basis
  • Checking the stocks as per the records
  • Receiving materials, stocking, recording of receipts, assisting Engineer to prepare quality reports of received materials.
  • Issue materials as per the Indent for different works.
  • General supervision on the site regarding wastage material, improper use of material etc.
  • Recollecting any balance/ unused materials at the end of the working days.
  • Handing over of the charge of material lying in the site premises of the night security personnel from the day security guards.
  • Update records on daily boards and display slate regarding the stocks.
  • Prepare fortnightly/ monthly consumption reports jointly with the engineer.
  • Prepare a list of excess materials.
  • Update the stocks periodically.
  • Inform the concerned engineer of the status of balance material in order to raise further indent.
  • Follow up with the material suppliers, with prior consent from the purchasing department, to ensure timely supply.
  • Maintain records of cash purchase
  • Record of empty cement bags received from the contractor
  • Maintain a record of bills
  • Inform the concerned engineer of the working condition of the machinery
  • Wanted site supervisor preferably of Building  projects finishing work  like :
  • plumbing, electrical, flooring, dado work ceiling R.c.c work Section window
  • plumbing & other interiors as per drawing and also control stores at site.
