THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS : Brief Description About the Company :
The Warehouse Store is a leading retail company dealing in apparel and foot wares, having a franchise store at pan India.

Role and responsibilities:

Finalize and drive store-level sales to achieve the budgeted top line and bottom line
Retail Business Development, New Projects set up, Brands handling & Store Operations.
Manage and supervise the retail sales & service of Exclusive Brand Outlets
Analyze brand/category performance with the Territory Concept Managers to ensure the right product mix for the store
Ensure adherence to retail standards
Implement and adhere to the SOPs for all retail operations
Track and minimize shrinkage, damage, and pilferage within norms
Supervise the store cash management as per SOPs
Drive the Retail Sales of Gift Vouchers on the floor
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for the store
Running Day-to-Day Retail Operations of stores
Manpower Handling, Recruitment, Training & Development, Retention of staffs
Inventory Management
Adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines and Store Maintenance
Other Skills: Excellent communication and have knowledge of advance excel
