Requirements:
Qualification Graduation with Diploma in Logistics Management
Experience 4-5 Years as Stores Manager / or in SCM
Preference Experience working in ERP, MS Office and other Inventory Management Systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate manufacturing and control delivery processes
Manage and minimise the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Reconcile physical stock with system on regular basis and report discrepancies
Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain from Production to shipment and delivery of FG
Quick turn around time for material issue and Error free picking list for dispatch
Responsible for receiving & physical verification of all incoming goods & materials as per the PO, Delivery Note and for rejection & reporting of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
Conduct inventory audit to determine inventory levels and needs also assist in monthly stock audit.
Adhere to all cleanliness and health & safety procedures for material movement as per company guidelines.
Monitoring job work transactions of all material out and in details and update the same.
