Job Description
Maintain store stocks and inventory
Ordering the required materials and maintain the all data.
Manage and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support
Set sales targets and monitor performance against these targets
Ensure the store is stocked and organized, with appropriate inventory levels
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth
Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of store cleanliness and organization
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
