What This Job Involves
Your role will involve managing and coordinating the purchase of goods and services on behalf of JLL. You will be responsible for making key decisions about stock control, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. Following would be your key deliverables-
- Diligently follow the laid down Procurement Policy & Guidelines.
- Implementation of strategies for Procurement and Outsourcing management.
- To support in floating RFP/ RFQ to the worthy vendors wherever the case may be.
- To keep track of material purchased along with associated details.
- Zero loss in the services to the clients due to material shortage.
- Regular MIS reporting for Purchase & Outsourcing to Procurement Manager & BM.
- Timely placement of all orders as per schedule and to ensure adherence to the delivery time by the vendor as per PO/ Contract terms.
- To ensure inventory stock of not more than 30 days of fast moving items and not more than 45 days for medium moving items.
- To ensure no increase in the inventory of non-moving items. Pursue reduction in the inventory of non-moving items by selling off in co-ordination with BM.
- Reduce materials costs to the lowest levels consistently. To get into Rate Contracts for the fast moving items as directed by Property Manager
- To optimize the rental rates of various equipment required in the complex.
- To ensure all Statutory and Regulatory compliances from all vendors/ suppliers.
- To carry out periodic Store Audits and follow up on the closure of audit points with the stake holder(s). Diligently follow the laid down Inventory Policy & Guidelines.
- Implementation of strategies for Inventory management.
- Ensure verification by Security and Function team member before the material is received in store.
- To generate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) for the material received on the same day.
Work Location details-
You will be working in our regional office, located at Mahalxmi, Mumbai
Work Location dynamics-
Work Schedule- 9am to 6 pm You will be working closely with the Regional Head and the operations team
Reporting-
You will be directly reporting to Head Procurement

Being Analytical and Meticulous
You will be maintaining backup and validating inventory/supplies at the store. You will also be involved in data preparation, interpretation and analysis using statistical technique and tools in Excel, Internal CRM database and other data management systems; possess the ability to collate information.
Qualifications
You will have a bachelor’s degree / Diploma
Or relevant educational background, with min 3 years of work experience. You should have a good communication skill (oral/ written).
