Sales and Promotions:

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in stock replenishment, shelf arrangement, and ensuring adequate product availability.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Conduct stock audits and report discrepancies to the store manager.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
• Check product labeling, pricing, and barcode accuracy.

Billing and Cash Handling:

• Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Issue invoices, receipts, and refunds as per store policies.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the store team to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training programs.
• Provide support to other team members during peak hours.

Compliance and Safety:

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper handling of perishable and fragile items.
