Job Description

Bombay Meri Jaan is a leading high-end Marathi Casual Dine-In QSR restaurant, started by the award-winning chef and restaurateur Om Nayak, the owner of the popular Italian restaurant The Pasta Bowl Company.

Looking for experienced and dedicated Store Supervisor to manage our retail QSR outlet.

Responsibilities: 

- Overseeing and assisting team members at the outlet. 
- Managing store finances and preparing and daily, weekly or monthly reports as required. 
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance. 
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and other requirements at the store. 
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
 - Ensure all the health and hygiene SOP are being followed by every team member. 
- Ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. 
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints. 
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts 
- Must be proficient with POS systems, Online food orders handling and using excel to draft reports
