As an In charge of graphic designing section, you'll need to listen to clients and understand their needs before making design decisions

Graphic designing section Team, works on a variety of products and activities, such as advertising & promotional material, books, magazines, posters, banners, printed packaging, exhibitions props and branding displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organizations a visual 'brand'.

You may need to manage more than 5 designer at a time and their activities

Attending the customers /clients to discuss the enquiries and requirements of the job
Maintain day to day database management by recording the specific details of each customer/client
Analyze & estimating the time required to complete the work and providing estimates/quotes for customers/clients & convert the enquiries into sales by continues follow up and tracking.
Developing design briefs and outline that suit the client's purpose
Assigning the task to designers by specifying the critical aspects of the design and time limits.
Monitoring and controlling the designers’ team, their task and assignments.
Controlling over designers team their time management of login and logout on a daily basis
Make sure each design and artwork proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work and take written approvals from the customers/clients
working as part of a team with the front office team, production team, finishing team, Internal and external printing source providers, designers & accounts team
Reporting to management on whats Aap Daily attendance of the designing section staff and Daily revenue/collection of the section
