Job Description

Major Purpose of the job (key Performance Areas):

Receipt, checking and validation of all incoming raw material purchased
Coordination between Purchase Department (for validation against Purchase Orders, etc.) and Production Department (for project timelines, etc.) and vendors (for timely deliveries, etc.)

Principal Accountability (key Performance Areas):

To ensure on-time delivery of raw material.
To check all incoming raw material against pre-specified quality control parameters, and to reject material if the parameters are not met.
To screen and release raw material to the Production/Assembly/Packing teams as required, against Requisitions.
To assist in the maintenance of a fully up-to-date stock list of all raw material.
Permanent position

Key Job Responsibility

Performs assigned tasks under immediate supervision.
Use standard technology such as MS Office to complete assigned tasks

Educational qualifications not required. Only looking for candidates (trainees) who are smart, willing to work hard, and the ability to read and write.
