& BIS certified organisation , located at Kolkata , West Bengal. They
have a state of the art facility to manufacture transformers up to 10 MVA
33 kV class.
They have an in-house Copper conductor manufacturing unit with 80% captive consumption requirement, which provides them an edge over our peers as it reduces our lead time & production costs significantly. Apart from our transformer & copper business, they have trading division with interest in different types of Steel & Transformer Oil.
Stores cum Admin:
· Inventory Management and stock reconciliation.
· Maintaining proper records of inventory like itemised inventory levels, requisitions from production.
· Check and record of Incoming material along with GRN and due quality check.
· Optimisation of Inventory levels and in-time planning for re-order.
· Monthly review of inventory with Accounts, Production and Sales Department.
· Handling return for re-engineering of returned/faulty goods/ failing quality check to vendors and its coordination. Refurbished Goods Handling and clubbing with excess stock.
· Planning of Logistics- Inward (for Inbound materials) and Outward ( for Outbound materials). Coordinating with Freight Forwarders and Courier Agencies and follow-ups for timely delivery of goods.
· Implement Quality Standards (Ex ISO 9001, ISO 14000 etc. and conduct regular quality audits and reporting.
· Having worked in the Power engineering Eco-System will be preferred ( manufacturer/ EPC company )
· Communication skills, Interpersonal effectiveness, Networking skills, Customer orientation, Effective planning and organizing Skills, drive for result.
· Proficient in English. Conversational proficiency in Hindi and any other local language.
· Proficiency in MS office, internet and other basic computer knowledge. - Open to travel
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Desired Experience 5 to 8 years with expertise in related fields of any manufacturing unit.
