Job Summary
We are looking for smart and vibrant candidates with exceptional communication and material and inventory handling skill for our stores.
Periodically checking of inventory in the store and regular updation.
Inventory management ( in and out flow of raw materials) .
Issue materials to production and prepare annexure forms.
Should have knowledge in software handling.
Should know the FIFO system.
should have knowledge on material transactions.
Should have good communication skill.
should know the sub-contractor activity.
Addition to above should have knowledge on purchasing activity.
Experience - 2-6 years .

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Managing Inward- store Inventory.
2. Ensures that optimum stock levels are maintained properly by all the departments through an efficient ordering system.
3. Responsible in daily count should be taken care to maintained good inventory.
4. Ensures that all employees are disciplined & adhere to the stores policies.
5. Updates the merchandising team of the latest trends in the market.
6. Maintaining the balance sheet of consumable, stored, pre & post product orders.

Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register(MRR),Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
Preparation of MRN & MIN (Material Receipt Note & Material Issue Note) through Material Management Software.
Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software.
Maintain store stock register & Assets stock register.
Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue & maintaining the various levels of stock.
Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis.
Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch & Purchase functions.
