Description of Role:
- Main Responsibility- Manage the Renewal/Revival Business within Budgeted expenses for all Key Business Models.
- Servicing Portfolio through FGILIC Distribution Channels, CRM & Branch Operations.- Improvise on Customer Engagement Touchpoints & Drivers to improve Service TAT

- Project ManagementRole requires to be a single point of contact for key business models for bancassurance partners, corporate agency, broker and retail.
- Primary focus is to Improve renewal & Persistency of the Portfolio YOY for each business models.
- Define engagement plan and execute the activities for providing renewal related information for action.
- Manage and execute strategic campaigns for FGILIC distribution teams and stakeholders of Business Models.
- Manage a team of Cluster Relationship Managers (CRM) who are assigned states with respective business models. Communication Strategy and publishing inference reports on regular basis with them.
- Drive Autopay Registration and Renewal %. Manage the field officers of vendors for servicing customers and observe efficiency.
- Lead the HNI Portfolio Management along with stakeholders.
- Participate in Payment avenues installation projects & promoting low cost transactions.
- Auditing quality of business and preparing persistency improvement strategy with stakeholders.
- Focus on positive NPS for the business models.
