Description of Role:
Main Responsibility- Manage the Renewal/Revival Business within Budgeted expenses for all Key Business Models.
Servicing Portfolio through FGILIC Distribution Channels, CRM & Branch Operations.- Improvise on Customer Engagement Touchpoints & Drivers to improve Service TAT
Project ManagementRole requires to be a single point of contact for key business models for bancassurance partners, corporate agency, broker and retail.
Primary focus is to Improve renewal & Persistency of the Portfolio YOY for each business models.
Define engagement plan and execute the activities for providing renewal related information for action.
Manage and execute strategic campaigns for FGILIC distribution teams and stakeholders of Business Models.
Manage a team of Cluster Relationship Managers (CRM) who are assigned states with respective business models. Communication Strategy and publishing inference reports on regular basis with them.
Drive Autopay Registration and Renewal %. Manage the field officers of vendors for servicing customers and observe efficiency.
Lead the HNI Portfolio Management along with stakeholders.
