Job Title : Strategic Sales Associate
Reports to : Manager - Strategic Sales
Work Location : Bangalore
Summary
Sustainability being the core of our business, we work with our clients to reduce their energy consumption and emissions. The role we are hiring now is a critical role in the company. In this role the associate will be responsible for identifying and executing projects of converting diesel based systems in manufacturing companies to LPG based systems. In this role we are looking for vibrant high performing individuals interested work in area of energy sustainability. This role offers very high potential for quick growth and a wide spectrum exposure in the industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Identify prospective Clients in the defined geography
· Analyze scope of consumption.
· Prepare Techno-commercial proposals for prospects.
· Follow up sales till delivery of Solutions.
· Coordinate with, manufacturing plant, logistics team, vendors and accounts.
· Maintain Sales relations with existing clients and pitch to new clients.
· Establish sales goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
· Develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
· Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
· Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
Qualification
Any degree with good communication skills.
Work experience 0-2 years.
Expected Skills
Candidate should be fluent in Kannada and English.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical skills and basic technical knowledge.
