As a ‘Strategist’, you will be a part of a dynamic HR Consulting team in solving cutting edge HR challenges. You will play a key role in understanding the client problem through gathering & analyzing data and facts. You will directly assist the Project Lead on Live Ongoing Projects in report writing, conducting research, preparing background material, and generating content for Consulting Projects. As a part of this role, the candidate will work with all verticals the strategist& and will be allotted a project based on ongoing project/ requirement at that time.
Job Description:
• To undertake Primary & secondary research for industry trends
• To write / create reports, process flowcharts, questionnaire, policy manuals etc.
• To Collect data & carry out data analysis & interpretation
• Coordinate with Leads during Data collection, HR Surveys, HR Audits, JD Preparation, TNA, and Assessment Centers etc.
• Any other related HR tasks as assigned to the candidate.
Skills Required:
• Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication skills (Need Above Average)
• High Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s /Diploma/ Masters/ in Human Resources, Business or related fields from an accredited institution.
• Preferred prior experience of 1 – 2 years in HR
