Job description

Independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering principles, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.
Focus on design of all types of building structures.
Develop building structural systems, both gravity and lateral.
Manage major and minor design projects from beginning to end.
Preparation and checking of design drawings and/or specifications.
Development of project design criteria, design calculations, construction details.
Plans and conducts work requiring engineering judgment. Independently develop and review the engineering drawings and guide the drafting team in producing high quality error free drawings.
roactively assist the team in documenting and standardization of the quality procedures. Maintain the knowledge base of the team activities.
Enhances engineering & organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Exhibit initiative while working on projects.

Required Candidate profile

Must have worked in Engineering firm
Must be from reputed college background
Should have worked for building projects like high rise, commercial
Should be aware of ETabs/Staad pro and other software tools.
Good in communication skills.
