Job Description – Student Counsellor

Purpose of the Role

As a Student Counsellor, you help students to find their dream destination to study abroad. You will help students shortlist universities based on their preferences & financial ability. You represent the company hence excellent communication is needed to maintain good relationships with the parents & students. 

What will you do?

•Passion to help students and give them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Counsel students & help them in finding their destination to study.

•Maintain good record keeping at all times in the CRM.

•Give talks/presentations on behalf of the company in the webinars/seminars and virtual counselling to students via Zoom and Google meet.

•Providing students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all inquiries from students.

•Be available to meet business requirements whenever needed.
