We are recruiting Student Counsellors for ERP Training @ iPlex Technologies in Adyar, Chennai.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Making cold-calls to prospective students.
• Counselling students and providing information about the program over the phone & to the walk-in on suitable programs.
• Making fresh calls, follow-ups & feedback calls on the database provided.
• Proper data management in all front and communicating the same to all respective in-charges.
• Admission closure.

Key Skills
Good in communication and influencing, Flexible, Counseling, Motivational Interviewing

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of Experience in Admission Counselling
Should have a flair in sales and Marketing Process
Should be possessing good communication and Convincing Skills
Should be Target Oriented and Result Oriented
