Job Description

NITC/P1/430/Psyco/Ad hoc/2014

Student Counsellor recruitment in National Institute of Technology Calicut on contract basis

Educational Qualification :M. Phil(Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Mental Health) Or MA/M.Sc.( Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Mental Health) Or Masters in Social Work (specialized in Psychiatry/Mental Health) from a recognized university. Or Regular PG Diploma (Full time) in Psychology/Psychiatry from a reputed organization.

Desirable: Ph.D. (Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry) Basic knowledge in Computers, Good proficiency in English, Hindi. Good verbal and nonverbal communication skills.

Work Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Professional Psychological Counseling/Student Counseling.

Age Limit : 50 years as on 01.07.2019

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only)

Number of posts: 2 (Male – 1 and Female – 1)
