As a Student Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate positive relationships with students and ensure their satisfaction and success throughout their educational journey. Key Responsibilities:

Student Support and Guidance: Act as the main point of contact for students, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide guidance to students regarding program selection, course registration, academic requirements, and career pathways.
Assist students in navigating the institution's policies, procedures, and resources.
Offer personalized support to students facing academic challenges, helping them develop strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, ensuring their trust and confidence in the educational institution.
Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their progress, address any concerns, and provide proactive support.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless student experience and foster a sense of community.
Organize and participate in student events, workshops, and orientation programs to facilitate networking and community building.

Conflict Resolution: Handle student complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and impartial manner, adhering to institutional policies and procedures.
Mediate disputes between students and faculty or staff members, striving to find mutually beneficial resolutions.
Investigate and address instances of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
