Job Description:

An ambitious and well-organized studio coordinator to support with top line coordination of production briefs, timelines, budgets and the broader planning of all video and photography production that runs through the marketing studio.
He will work as part of a creatively driven team, acting as point of contact for new project requests and facilitate the day to day smooth running of the studio.
A successful candidate has a keen eye for details and understands creative processes, quality and production.

Experience / Skill Set:

A required minimum of 3 years of proven experience of project coordination in agency, brand side or production house
An outstanding drive and understanding for how to facilitate best creative outcome
Intellectual curiosity to explore and push the limits of production
Willing to explore and learn about content production materials and processes, including photoshoots, vox pops, web series and slow motion food videography
A strong understanding of food branding
A great respect for the entire production process
Highly organized, proactive and adaptable
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
Excellent team-worker, but self-motivated when working independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Experience in hands on camera usage or editing is advantageous
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English

Role:

This job would comprise of the following responsibilities :

To co-ordinate and communicate top line timelines, budgets and workflows of all projects that move through the studio
To contribute to development and assist with implementation of daily shoot plans, production coordination and outside vendors
To support with proactive planning of resources for deliverables meeting wider department needs (including digital, PR and social media)
To establish great relationships and enable smooth communication between the studio and internal/external suppliers and production
For sourcing creative material samples and facilitating a broad understanding for materials and production across the studio and wider team
To actively support creative in meetings, evaluating and logging requirements, ensuring that crucial information gets documented and shared with key stakeholders
To liaise with relevant colleagues for direction, feedback and approval
To co-ordinate content, timelines and translations for studio productions
To support each member of the team with time management, equipment and assist with procedures around freelance support
To be responsible for keeping the studio tidy and for establishing new routines for how to organize and archive ongoing and past projects
