Job Role: Studio Manager

Responsibilities:

·   Complete studio operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

·   Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employee

·   Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions

·   Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories

·   Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales

·   Respond to customer complaints and comments

·   Greet customers entering studio with a smile and assist them with their needs

·   Describe services and tattoo procedures to customers and explain proper tattoo aftercare

·   Assist customers and artists with appointment scheduling

·  Understand and use Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
