Job Summary:-
A Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a vital source of knowledge, capability, or expertise in Civil Engineering subjects.
The SME functions as the organizational representative for his/her knowledge area and applies his/her expertise to support the strategic direction of the organization. He/she should be capable and willing to work on core Civil Engineering subjects. Extensive work on computer system since the job requires online answering through Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and other applications.

Screening/Interview Process:
Round 1 - Subject Test and HR Discussion
This is an Open Book Test, please carry your textbooks or materials. Referring to soft copies/Internet is not allowed during the test (3 Hours Duration)
20 Descriptive Type Questions & each carries 10 Marks, can answer any 10 questions out of 20.
The qualifying score is 50 Out of 100
Round 2 - Online English Test and F2F Interview with Operations & Hiring Manager(Round 2 will only be conducted if you clear Round 1)
English Test will be online for a duration of 20 minutes
Interview Round - Both Technical as well as Behavioural questions will be asked
