Responsibilities:-

• Act as technical expert on datacenter and cloud technologies
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex problems
• Deploy and support multi-vendor converged / hyper-converged infrastructure, SAN / NAS,
• hypervisors and operating systems
• Deploy and support cloud infrastructure
• Prepare HLD & LLD , process and technical documentation
• Participate in creating datacenter and cloud solutions
• Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations
• Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations
• Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
• Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)
• Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products

Skill Profile:

• Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
• Proven ability to document technical information for training, technical operations run books,
• and knowledgebase
• Proven ability to create technical design documentation using MS Visio
• Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network
• performance / server / storage issues
• Proven ability to work cross functional with application, network, security and workplace teams
• Strong understanding of all current technologies and ability to ramp quickly on emerging
• technologies
• Proven ability to work on multi-vendor network, security, compute and virtualization
• technologies
• Experience in datacenter and cloud including design/implementation experience with multiple
• compute, storage, networking and virtualization technologies
• Experience on Microsoft Azure / AWS and related cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge and experience on Active Directory, Federation Services (ADFS),DNS, PKI
• Experience on converged and hyper-converged technologies (UCS/HyperFlex/VxRail / Nutanix
• etc.)
• Knowledge and experience on private cloud infrastructure and orchestration
• Experience on virtualization technologies : ESXi/Hyper-V/KVM
• Experience with Enterprise Storage and backup technologies
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell / Python
• Good knowledge and understanding of LAN & IP Routing, load balancers firewalls etc.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies

Additional Information:-

• BE / B.tech. / B.Sc. in EXTC/ Computer Science / Information Technology
• CCIE - Datacenter / VCP –DCV / VCP – Cloud / MCSE
• Professional certification on Azure/AWS
• Certification in Enterprise storage (HP/EMC/NetApp) – preferred
• Windows / Linux certification – would be an advantage
• ITIL certification – would be an advantage
